Psoriasis Is a Complex and Chronic Disease
Psoriasis is a complex and chronic disease. Multiple therapies are needed to address both the acute and chronic aspects of the disease. Topical corticosteroids play an important role in addressing inflammation and the acute signs and symptoms of psoriasis. Topical Vitamin D3 normalizes keratinocyte differentiation and may therefore help to delay plaque recurrence. The Impact of Psoriasis on Personal Relationships
