Psoriasis Patient Resources
National Psoriasis Foundation One to One Program
Psoriasis One to One is a peer-to-peer program through which trained volunteers provide disease and treatment information, resources and emotional support to those who are newly diagnosed and/or who are struggling with psoriasis. When your patients sign up for this program, they receive a Psoraisis Action and Connection Kit (PACK) and a 1-year complimentary membership in the National Psoriasis Foundation.
